Terms of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Badgie app and any card you choose to share from it. Please read them before using Badgie.
Agreement
By downloading or using Badgie, an app made by OtterSpark (Nhon Nguyen), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Badgie is for
Badgie is for making fun, decorative cards and badges for personal use. Cards made with Badgie are not identity documents and must not be used to prove who you are, gain access to places or services, or claim rights or benefits you do not have.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person, company or government body.
- Do not copy government IDs, passports, driving licences, police or security credentials, or any document issued by an authority.
- Do not use a card to deceive anyone, commit fraud or get around security.
- Only use photos, names, logos and codes that you own or have permission to use.
- Do not make cards that are hateful, harassing, sexual or otherwise unlawful.
Shared cards
If you share a card link (when that feature is available), you are responsible for what the card shows and who you send it to. Shared cards must follow these Terms. We may hide or remove any shared card that breaks them or that we receive a valid complaint about. You can delete your shared cards from the app, and anyone can report a shared card by emailing support@otterspark.xyz.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add to Badgie. When you share a card, you give us permission to store and display it only as needed to make that link work.
Purchases
Some features may require an in-app purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
Our app
Badgie, its templates, themes, stickers and artwork belong to OtterSpark. You may use them inside the app to make your own cards, but you may not resell them or reverse engineer the app.
No warranty
Badgie is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or work without errors. Keep a backup of cards you care about.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, OtterSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any misuse of cards made with Badgie. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Badgie at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend sharing features for anyone who breaks these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with the date above. Continuing to use Badgie after a change means you accept the new Terms.
